Air & Water (the new home of Plant Pantry Academy) sits on 5,000 square meters of manicured walkways, rainforest trails, and a medicinal garden with over 20 native and exotic fruit trees. A short 3-minute walk takes you to the beach, and another into the rainforest with its bubbling brooks and lush jungle. The land is also home to several rescue dogs, mischievous monkeys and occasional sloths.

The goal has always been to create a space where people come to disconnect, reconnect, create, or transform. A place where it is safe to disconnect from the noise, routines, and hustle bustle of life to re-discover ourselves and each other.

Nestled in the lush Limon province, Punta Uva is a serene coastal village where pristine white-sand beaches meet the vibrant turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by lush jungle teeming with exotic wildlife like howler monkeys and toucans, this tranquil paradise offers an idyllic setting for inspiration, growth, and connection.

Whether you’re exploring coral reefs in crystal-clear waters, taking a peaceful walk beneath towering palm trees, or savoring the flavors of fresh, local produce, Punta Uva provides the perfect backdrop for our plant-based culinary journey. The air conditioned villas include private room, shared or private bathroom, hot water showers and wifi.  Most also contain a kitchenette.
